| About | Database metadata from about.json. Unlike every other referenced file, this is a single object, and it becomes the root about key of the dereferenced database. |
| Agent | An organization or person that publishes documents or contributes to records. |
| Allele | A VRS Allele. The hgvs.* and state_* keys are flat here and are folded into expressions and state upon dereference. |
| Biomarker | A Cat-VRS CategoricalVariant. Root type Biomarker with one subtype per biomarker_type value. |
| BiomarkerCriterion | Interim link between a proposition and a biomarker (a draft Cat-VRS categorical variant criterion): present says whether the biomarker is asserted present or absent. |
| Coding | A code within a coding system, e.g. oncotree:BRCA or ncit:C97660. |
| Contribution | A dated contribution by an agent to a record. |
| CopyChange | A copy change term, e.g. gain or loss. |
| Disease | A cancer type concept. |
| Document | A source document. At present every document is a regulatory approval. |

| Indication | Regulatory approval text and its source. Root type Indication with one subtype per organization, selected by the id prefix ind:{org}:. Only HSE indications carry reimbursement_scheme and reimbursement_comment. |
| Mapping | A join record linking a concept's primary coding to an alternate coding in another system, with a SKOS relation. |
| Proposition | A VariantTherapeuticResponseProposition: biomarker(s) predict a therapeutic response in a disease. Exactly one of therapy_id or therapy_group_id is set. |
