Molecular Oncology Almanac

The Molecular Oncology Almanac (MOAlmanac) is a paired knowledge base and clinical interpretation algorithm for precision oncology. It associates molecular alterations with therapeutic sensitivity, therapeutic resistance and disease prognosis, both for individual events such as somatic variants, copy number alterations, fusions and germline variants, and for global features of a tumor such as tumor mutational burden, microsatellite instability, mutational signatures and whole-genome doubling.

This site documents each part of the project:

Database The expert-curated knowledge base, how its records are structured, and a reference page for every schema.
API The public API at api.moalmanac.org, with a reference page for every endpoint.
Algorithm The clinical interpretation algorithm for individual patient samples, and a description of its inputs and outputs.
Browser The web browser at moalmanac.org for searching the database.
