Every endpoint is a GET request to https://api.moalmanac.org and returns JSON in the standard response envelope. You can also try requests in your browser with the interactive documentation at https://api.moalmanac.org.

Filtering

  • Different filters combine with AND: ?gene=BRAF&disease=Melanoma returns records matching all of them.
  • Repeating a filter combines its values with OR: ?gene=BRAF&gene=KRAS returns records matching any of them.
  • Exception: on /search, the document, indication, and agent_id filters narrow each proposition's statement aggregates rather than which propositions are returned. See the /search endpoint for details.
